Steve Young- An accomplished factory sponsored high performance and off-road driving instructor. Started building race cars at age 14 and has been collecting and racing cars for over 25 years. His contagious enthusiasm for cars and people combine to create a tremendously positive environment in the service department.

Leslie Holland has 22 year of automotive service experience. She loves the outdoors, hunting and fishing tournaments, with her family. Leslie is a life-long local, born and raised in the area. Thrives on customer satisfaction and is always eager to go the extra mile.

Lynn has been in customer service most of his adult life and in the Audi/VW/Subaru brands since 2000. Lynn is a car enthusiast and when not at work can be found restoring his historic 1840?s home or tinkering with his sports car.

Brian is our brand specialist with a degree Automotive Technology and has 16 years with Audi. When not mentoring the junior technicians here at Kinney, he can be found spending time w/family or touring New England on his Harley Davidson

Shane Doran has been in the profession as a technician for 3 years and is a graduate of the UTI technical training school for automotive science. He enjoys buildng cars to race at Devils? Bowl Speedway and aspires to be a successful race driver.

Alex Bussino has 7 years custom/modified. Cars have been his hobby as long as he can remember. His custom VW Cabriolet is a show winner and reflects his pride and enthusiasm for his work and the VW brand.

Cliff is a local Vermont farm raised tech, who cut his teeth working on tractors and farm equipment. After attending Stafford Tech as well as training through Audi Academy he is now an Audi technician. He is also our local demolition derby champion and heading to the state finals. Cliff looks forward to working with the Audi Academy to earn his goal of a Master Guild rating.

Leo has been detailing vehicles for over 5 years. Leo?s expertise lies in the restoration of headlamp assemblies without requiring costly replacement- he?s got it down to a science. When not making our customer?s cars shine, he spends time with his family and new baby girl.

Earl Minard has over 17 years? experience in vehicle detailing. An avid outdoorsman and mountain biker, he can often be found on trails of Vermont when not beautifying Audis, VW?s and Subaru?s. Nothing makes Earl happier than to take in an aesthetically challenged car and make it beautiful once again.

Jojo is the one to go to if you have ANY question about football or baseball, his encyclopedic knowledge of the sports is staggering. A recent graduate of Mill River, Jojo takes great pride in his work. Off-hours, you can find him fishing, hunting or cruising the back roads in his 4x4.
